New MacBook Pro models with M5 Pro and M5 Max processors will be available on March 11th. However, initial results from these new processors have already appeared on the Geekbench platform.

Redaksiya reports that these results provide an initial impression of the performance of the new processors.

According to the information, the results obtained by the M5 Max processor on Geekbench 6 are as follows: 2300 points in the single-core test and 15000 points in the multi-core test.

These results show a significant performance increase compared to the previous generation M4 processors. The single-core performance of the M5 Max is approximately 15% higher than the M4, and its multi-core performance is about 20% better.

It was noted earlier this year that the M4 processor, introduced at the beginning of the year, also made significant leaps compared to the previous generation. These indicators for the M5 Max further confirm Apple's continuous development in processor technology.

With the release of the new MacBook Pro models on March 11th, it will be clearer how these processors will perform in real-world usage.
