US President Donald Trump has announced his first peace plan aimed at ending the Gaza tension. According to Israel's “Channel 12” television, the plan includes the release of hostages, the declaration of a permanent ceasefire, the gradual withdrawal of the Israeli army, post-war Gaza governance without Hamas, the deployment of Arab security forces in the region, and Arab financing for reconstruction.
The editorial office, citing a source, reports that although Arab leaders supported this initiative, they put forward several conditions. They demanded that Israel refrain from new annexation steps and settlement expansion, protect the status of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, and increase humanitarian aid.
According to the information, a detailed plan is being prepared, and a meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu regarding this matter is scheduled for Monday.
