This year, the implementation of a free vaccine for treating oncological diseases will begin for Russian citizens. This initiative, part of the Ministry of Health's project, is a reality and not a promotional campaign.
The editorial office reports that this vaccine is intended for the treatment of cancer, not its prevention. Each vaccine is prepared individually for a specific person. In this process, a "weapon" is created against the patient based on a tumor sample taken from their body.
It is reported that the vaccine is already ready and has successfully passed all clinical trials. Next year, i.e., in 2026, this vaccine will be included in the mandatory health insurance (OMS) system. This will mark the beginning of a new era in the treatment of oncological patients.
