The editorial reports, citing the BBC, that Lavrov strongly condemned these unfounded armed attacks by the United States and Israel, which grossly violate the principles and norms of international law. He also noted that both countries have completely disregarded the serious consequences that will arise for regional and global stability and security.

The ministry warned that the events could result in "humanitarian, economic, and possibly radiological disaster." Moscow issued a statement demanding "an immediate return to a political and diplomatic solution.".
On the other hand, Pakistani Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar also spoke by phone with his Iranian counterpart, Abbas Araghchi. Dar described the US-Israeli attacks as "illegal" and stated that he "strongly" condemned them.
