This is reflected in the amendment proposed to the Family Code, which was put up for discussion at today's meeting of the Milli Majlis Human Rights Committee.
According to the draft, in addition to the relevant state bodies (institutions) that exercise state control over the implementation of children's rights, the prosecutor will also be designated.
