New PEGI ratings announced for Nintendo Switch 2 games

Information has been released regarding the discovery of new ratings for two first-party Nintendo Switch 2 games on Nintendo's European web pages. According to reports, the “Splatoon Raiders” spin-off game has received a “PEGI 7” rating. At the same time, it is noted that the new “Fire Emblem” game's rating has been updated from a provisional rating to “PEGI 12”.

Redaksiya reports that, according to Nintendo's official release window schedule, “Fire Emblem” will be released sometime in 2026. The release date for “Splatoon Raiders,” however, is currently listed as “TBD.”

Looking ahead, Nintendo's 2026 lineup for Switch includes the release of “Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream” next week. The company also recently formalized the May release of “Yoshi and the Mysterious Book” for Switch 2 and confirmed this week that “Rhythm Heaven Groove” will arrive on Switch in July. Additionally, Nintendo has already released “Animal Crossing: New Horizons” and “Super Mario Bros. Wonder” in Switch 2 Editions format in 2026.

In recent months, Nintendo has also introduced games like “Mario Tennis Fever” and released updates for titles such as “Mario Kart World” and “Donkey Kong Country Returns HD.” The information also includes user comments.
