American billionaire and entrepreneur Mark Cuban stated that most chief executive officers do not understand artificial intelligence well enough for their companies' survival. According to him, it is impossible for CEOs to win in the field of artificial intelligence.

either dismantle their companies and rebuild them with an AI-based structure, or continue the current course and slowly perish.
Cuban calls this situation the "Innovator's AI Dilemma" and notes that both paths ultimately result in shareholder lawsuits. If companies are restructured, shareholders will sue for devaluing the shares; if not restructured, shareholders will take legal action for allowing AI competitors to destroy value.
