The Hamas movement rejected the claims made by the US State Department, evaluating them as false accusations that align with Israeli propaganda and create a cover for ongoing crimes in Gaza.
The movement, in its statement, firmly denied the claims of a “planned attack” and “violation of the ceasefire” voiced by the US. Hamas stated that such accusations aim to protect Israel from international pressure by Washington.
The US State Department had previously stated that Washington conveyed “reliable information about an imminent violation of the ceasefire” by Hamas to the guarantor countries of the peace agreement in the Gaza Strip.
