The Economic Partnership Agreement signed between the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and South Korea has now entered into force. This agreement is a significant step that will elevate economic ties between the two countries to a new level.
The editorial office reports that this agreement holds special significance as South Korea's first comprehensive economic partnership document signed with the Middle East and North Africa region. The agreement will significantly contribute to deepening regional trade and investment relations.
During this new partnership era, customs duties applied to 91.2% of products traded between the two countries will either be reduced or completely abolished. This step will create a foundation for further strengthening trade in the energy, industry, and supply chain sectors.
