Azerbaijan and Armenia will create a commission to oversee the implementation of the peace agreement.
This is reflected in the full text of the peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia, released by Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
"The Parties guarantee the full implementation of this Agreement and shall establish a bilateral commission for the purpose of overseeing the implementation of the present Agreement. This Commission shall operate on the basis of modalities to be agreed upon between the Parties," the document states.
