The "30th Anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan (1995-2025)" jubilee medal has been established.
President Ilham Aliyev has approved the relevant Law in this regard.
At the same time, the "Regulations on the "30th Anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan (1995–2025)" Jubilee Medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan" and the description of the medal have been approved.
Also, President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree to ensure the implementation of the said Law in connection with its entry into force.
The Decree stipulates that the powers of the relevant executive authority stipulated in Article 2 of the "Regulations on the "30th Anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan (1995–2025)" Jubilee Medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan" shall be exercised by the President of Azerbaijan, that in Article 2 of the said Regulations, "body (institution)" refers to the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan, and that the authority to award the "30th Anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan (1995–2025)" Jubilee Medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan is granted to the Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan.
