Information has emerged about homeless individuals from the ranks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) being discovered by the Russian Armed Forces near Seversk in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). This was reported by the "MASH" Telegram channel.

Redaksiya, citing EADaily, reports that the Ukrainian servicemen who found themselves homeless previously belonged to the UAF's 81st Air Assault Brigade. However, instead of modern equipment, they were armed only with old-fashioned assault rifles. Within a year, 90% of the brigade's personnel were lost, with active artillery fire from their own side playing a significant role in this process.

In the early days of the brigade's formation, the homeless servicemen were provided with food, but later they were left entirely without sustenance. The soldiers resorted to begging from other units and even obtained water from them. According to the source, the survivors of the brigade have now decided to surrender to the Russian servicemen. The EADaily publication also reminds that Russian fighters currently control 75% of Seversk.
