During his meeting with Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky at the White House, US President Donald Trump emphasized the importance of ending the war in Ukraine without sending "Tomahawk" missiles.
The editorial office reports that Trump called "Tomahawk" missiles a "great power," noting that they are dangerous and could lead to escalation. He said, "I hope Ukraine will not need 'Tomahawks' and we will end this war without them."
Trump stated that he believes Putin wants to reach a peace agreement, but emphasized that this is not directly related to the "Tomahawk" threat. The US leader also said it is his country's duty to keep its missile reserves full and noted their openness to cooperation in drone technology, calling Ukraine's domestically produced drone technology "very good."
