US President Donald Trump addressed the UN General Assembly, touching on a wide range of topics. He stated at the beginning of his speech that the teleprompter was not working and caused reactions in the hall with the words “I am ready to speak anyway.”

The editorial office reports that in his speech, Trump claimed that the US economy, borders, military, and international relations are experiencing their strongest period, calling it “America's Golden Age.” He highlighted his actions regarding investments, the situation at the southern border, immigration, and the resolution of international conflicts. Trump stated that he “ended seven wars in seven months,” naming several conflicts, including those involving Azerbaijan and Armenia.

Trump accused the UN of being ineffective, stating that the organization only writes “letters full of empty words.” He noted his strong stance against Iran's nuclear program, the search for a ceasefire in Gaza, and the importance of freeing hostages. He described the recognition of a Palestinian state as a “reward for the October 7 events.”

The President also touched upon the war in Ukraine, stating that Russia did not achieve the expected victory and criticizing NATO countries for purchasing energy from Russia. He emphasized their readiness to impose high tariffs against Russia if necessary.

On energy and climate issues, Trump sharply criticized the policies of the UN and the West, calling renewable energy “expensive and weak” and evaluating Germany's green energy policy as a failure. Regarding climate change, he used the phrase “the biggest hoax.”

He stated that drug networks in Venezuela were targeted, that he would meet with Brazilian President Lula, and also defended Christianity as the most persecuted religion in the world.

Trump concluded his speech with the words, “The US offers leadership to every nation for a safer and more prosperous future.”
