The mobile "ASAN Service" bus is serving citizens in the Aghdash region. Currently, the mobile service continues its operations at the address Heydar Aliyev Square 2, Aghdash city.
AZERTAC regional correspondent reports that so far, mobile "ASAN Service" has been organized 22 times in the Aghdash region, and during this period, more than 62,000 citizen applications have been registered. The services provided in a mobile format are offered by the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Social Protection Fund under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, and the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy.
Mehdi Mammadli, Head of the Press and Communications Sector of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, told AZERTAC that within the framework of the mobile "ASAN Service" project, implemented since 2013, a total of over 3,286,000 citizen applications have been received. According to him, this figure exceeded 173,200 in 2025 alone.
Mehdi Mammadli noted that the geographical scope of mobile "ASAN Service" activities will be expanded this year, as in previous years. It was stated that with the aim of ensuring convenient access to state services for the population living in and temporarily settled in the liberated territories, the organization of mobile "ASAN Service" in those regions is planned. Relevant planning work is underway in this direction.
It should be noted that 10 specially equipped mobile service buses operate to deliver state services to the population on-site and promptly in regions where there are no "ASAN Service" centers. The main goal of mobile "ASAN Service" is to provide state services to citizens through more accessible, transparent, and innovative methods, and to increase citizen satisfaction. This service model also allows for the broader and more equitable dissemination of state services across the country.
