The next educational training on occupational safety and ensuring safe working conditions was organized in Shaki, within the framework of joint cooperation between the Occupational Safety Center, subordinate to the State Labor Inspectorate Service under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, and the Compulsory Insurance Bureau.
During the training, presentations were made on topics such as “Accidents at Work and Compulsory Insurance,” “Occupational Safety and Technical Safety,” as well as “Application of Artificial Intelligence-Based Management Systems and Personal Protective Equipment for Risk Reduction.”
30 employees of the Shaki Water Amelioration Systems Operation Department participated in the meeting. Representatives of the Occupational Safety Center, the Compulsory Insurance Bureau, and the Standardization Institute spoke, providing information on state standards for occupational safety and compulsory insurance mechanisms concerning accidents at work and cases of loss of working capacity due to occupational diseases.
The training continued with interactive discussions, and participants' questions related to the topic were answered.
It should be noted that the main purpose of the trainings is to strengthen awareness among employers and employees regarding the requirements of existing legislation in the field of occupational safety, ensuring decent work, and creating safe and healthy working conditions, as well as to emphasize the importance of preventive measures for the prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases.
