- It will be a very difficult match. We showed our "teeth" in the last game against them. If we drew away, this time we are focused only on victory at home.
- If you win, you will take an important step towards the Premier League. Because this round "Baku Sporting" will play against "Səbail"
- Victory in this match is as vital as air and water for us. Thanks to a win, the team's psychological state will improve even further. Our main goal is the championship. But if we can't achieve that, we will do our best to secure second place. At the very least, we intend to finish the season in second place and play in the playoffs.
- How do you see "Mingəçevir"'s chances of finishing at least second in the I League?
- I think our chances are higher compared to "Baku Sporting" and "Səbail". The teams are very close to each other in the league table. It's as if one is waiting for the other's mistake. I believe this struggle will continue until the last round. All questions will be clarified in the final round.
- Do you think your team could have achieved better results this season?
- Yes. We faced a lot of point losses this season. We lost points in matches against "Zaqatala", "Difai", and "Şahdağ Qusar". Actually, development is felt in the I League this season. Anything can happen at any moment in the championship. Even the team at the bottom of the table takes points from teams at the top.
- What can you say about your own career? If Mingəçevir fails to qualify for the Premier League, will you stay with the team?
- I haven't planned anything specific about this yet. I intend to play in the Premier League next season. If we can achieve this with "Mingəçevir", that would be great.
