Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum has stated that military intervention by the United States in Mexico is not possible, and emphasized the continuation of cooperation between the two countries.

The editorial reports that President Claudia Sheinbaum made a statement after a phone conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump, noting the existing environment of coordination and cooperation between the parties.

According to Sheinbaum, if any differing positions are expressed, the Mexican side will initiate new dialogue, with the main goal being to maintain mutual understanding and communication.

It is recalled that earlier, U.S. President Donald Trump claimed that Mexico was under the control of drug cartels and did not rule out the possibility of ground operations against them. The Mexican president, however, assessed these statements as a communication style and stated that an understanding had been reached between the leaders.
