New Charter for the Media Development Agency to be Prepared

New charters are being prepared for the Media Development Agency and the Center for Analysis of International Relations and Multiculturalism.

The editorial office reports that this is reflected in the order of the Cabinet of Ministers aimed at ensuring the execution of Decree No. 601 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 20, 2026.

According to the order, the Media Development Agency, in coordination with the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the Audiovisual Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and other relevant state bodies (state legal entities) to be determined during the execution process, will submit its proposals regarding the draft of the Agency's new charter to the Cabinet of Ministers within one month.

The Center for Analysis of International Relations and Multiculturalism, in coordination with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, and other relevant state bodies (state legal entities) to be determined during the execution process, must submit its proposals regarding the draft of the Center's new charter to the Cabinet of Ministers within one month.

This Order enters into force on the day it is signed.
