Redaksiya, citing EADaily, reports that Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Peter Szijjarto stated on February 13 that Hungary has declared Ukraine an enemy. Hungary's MTI agency disseminated information about this. According to the politician, Ukraine is an enemy of Hungary. Earlier, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán also made a similar statement, saying that Ukraine is an enemy because it demanded that Brussels ban Hungary from importing energy from Russia. Following this statement, Hungary's ambassador was summoned to the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Szijjarto stated that Hungary's ambassador was summoned to Kyiv and asked how Viktor Orbán called Ukraine an enemy. He emphasized that Ukrainians are taking new steps every day to prove that Ukraine is, in fact, an enemy of Hungary. The minister also noted that the head of the Kyiv regime, Volodymyr Zelensky, for political reasons, is not allowing the resumption of oil transit from Russia through the "Druzhba" oil pipeline, thereby attempting to endanger Hungary's energy supply and interfere in Hungarian elections. These events have led to a further deterioration of relations between the two countries.
