The head of Iran's National Security Commission, Ebrahim Azizi, has announced that the country has removed restrictions on missile range. This move is seen as a significant shift in Iran's missile program.
Redaksiya reports that Azizi stated: "We have removed the restrictions on missile range. We showed restraint for many years, but today we are no longer imposing any restrictions on ourselves." This statement was broadcast by Iranian state television.
Furthermore, the commander of the Aerospace Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, Majid Mousavi, noted that Iran is moving towards large-scale strikes with missiles having a warhead of one ton or more. According to him, the intervals between strikes will be extended, but the scale and power of subsequent missile attacks will be significantly increased.
