Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian announced that his country has completely suspended cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). In his statement, he used the phrase, “Those who possess determination, will, and the power to progress cannot be stopped.”
The editorial office reports that this step has further increased tensions between the parties. This is despite the fact that a joint cooperation document was signed between Iran and the IAEA just a few days ago.
Tehran officials stated that the decision was made in response to increasing pressures surrounding the country's nuclear program. This move is expected to affect international negotiations and political balances in the region.
