Turkey's Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, while answering journalists' questions, announced that the US had put forward a proposal for the Baykar company to open a production facility and use its technology on American territory.
The editorial office reports that Fidan stated that negotiations for a ceasefire in Gaza are ongoing. According to him, the US will use its influence over Israel, and after the ceasefire, Palestinians should govern Gaza according to their own will.
The minister also emphasized that the Syrian issue is important for Turkey's security. He noted that Israel's attacks on Syria have changed the balance in the region and stated that Ankara is closely monitoring the discussion processes between the Damascus administration and the SDF.
Fidan added to his speech that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan invited US President Donald Trump to Turkey.
