Iran's Foreign Minister Araqchi touched upon the intensive negotiations held with the US over 47 years in a post on the social network X. He stated that Iran participated in these negotiations with good intentions to end the war.
The editorial office reports that the minister noted that when the parties came very close to the "Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding," they faced maximalism, changing conditions, and a blockade. According to him, no lesson has been learned from this process.
Araqchi added in his post that good intentions bring good intentions. He also emphasized that hostility only breeds hostility.
