British Foreign Secretary David Lammy stated that it is necessary to immediately stop the military operations carried out by the Israeli army in Gaza City. According to him, the escalating violence in the region is incompatible with international law.
The editorial office reports that the minister added: “The main purpose of Britain's steps towards recognizing a Palestinian state is to support a two-state solution.”
David Lammy emphasized that only political dialogue and international consensus can serve to ensure lasting peace in the region.
