The head of state unequivocally declared that Azerbaijan will never turn the lives of its citizens into a subject of geopolitical games. It is a fact that Azerbaijan has created new realities in the region after the Patriotic War, and these realities are shaping the region's security balance. As a victorious state, Azerbaijan possesses both military power and political will.
