US military forces have faced various types of aircraft and helicopter losses during air operations conducted in wartime. These losses include fighters, attack aircraft, refueling aircraft, unmanned aerial vehicles, and helicopters.

The editorial office reports that during air operations, one F-35 aircraft was damaged, four F-15E "Strike Eagle" fighters and one A-10 "Thunderbolt II" aircraft were shot down. Additionally, one E-3G "Sentry" (AWACS) aircraft was completely destroyed, which significantly impacted air surveillance capabilities.

A total of eight losses were recorded among KC-135 refueling aircraft. Of these losses, one was destroyed, one crashed, one was damaged in the air, and five were damaged at bases. Additionally, seventeen MQ-9 "Reaper" unmanned aerial vehicles were shot down, significantly affecting intelligence and strike capabilities.

Certain damages were also experienced in the helicopter sector. While one UH-60 "Black Hawk" and two HH-60G "Pave Hawk" helicopters were damaged, one CH-47 "Chinook" helicopter was completely destroyed. These losses collectively impact the air operations potential of US military forces.
