Turkey plans to expand tax incentives to attract global companies to the Istanbul Finance Center (IFC) and strengthen Istanbul as a regional financial hub. This step will particularly target companies relocating from conflict zones.

The editorial office, citing Bloomberg, reports that the new draft law will significantly increase incentives for companies operating in the IFC. These incentives will serve to strengthen the financial center's international appeal.

The main goal of this initiative is to attract companies from the Gulf and East Asia regions amidst instability in the Middle East. Through this, Turkey aims to play a more active role in the region's financial flows.
