Residents who bought apartments from "Səfalı" MTK are complaining about problems with the building's management.
Residents of 4 buildings on Məhəmməd Hadi Street in the Khatai district of the capital have appealed to "Xəzər Xəbər."
According to Xezerxeber.az, their dissatisfaction stems from problems with the management of the building they live in. They claim that neither the MTK nor the relevant authorities are listening to their complaints.
Residents say that "Səfalı" MTK has rented out the building's courtyard to various commercial establishments, which has caused them serious discontent.
However, the building's commandant, Fuad Həsənov, disagrees with the residents' claims.
İlqar Əliyev, assistant to the chairman of "Səfalı" MTK, accused residents of not using the elevator properly. Regarding the building's courtyard not being made available to residents, the absence of a barrier at the entrance/exit of the courtyard, and other issues bothering residents, the MTK chairman's assistant stated he did not wish to clarify these questions and hung up.
Residents, however, hope that their problems will be resolved quickly after the issue becomes public.
Xezerxeber.az presents a more detailed video material on the topic.
