She emphasized that the situation is dynamic, and even within just two days, the advancement of dialogue could significantly impact the circumstances.
“The President speaks of opportunities – this is an important aspect of his leadership. The negotiating parties must understand that alternatives are possible. But this is not the only factor he considers. He has repeatedly expressed dissatisfaction with what has happened and the path Russia has chosen,” Bruce added.
