Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico has responded to criticisms leveled against him for his talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin. He condemned the accusations made against him, highlighting the double standards of some European Union officials.
Redaksiya reports that upon his return from meetings with Putin, Prime Minister Fico stated that numerous individuals in Brussels' restrooms asked him what Putin had said. This situation, according to him, reveals the hypocrisy of officials who openly criticize but secretly seek information.
Fico noted the illogical nature of such behavior, suggesting that these individuals should directly contact the Russian President to find answers to their questions. He questioned why officials in Brussels do not engage in talks themselves to learn Putin's position, stating that this is unacceptable.
