Several disciplines will see competitions today at the XXV Winter Olympic Games, organized in Milan and Cortina d'Ampezzo, Italy.
Among our representatives, Vladimir Litvintsev will begin his competition with the short program in figure skating.
The competition in this discipline will start at 18:30 Baku time.
Today, competitions will also be held in alpine skiing, biathlon, cross-country skiing, curling, figure skating, freestyle skiing, ice hockey, luge, Nordic combined, short track speed skating, skeleton, and ski jumping.
Azerbaijan's other representative, Anastasiya Papatoma, will test her strength in the giant slalom on the 15th of the month, and in the slalom discipline three days later. The competitions will take place in Cortina d'Ampezzo, a famous mountain-skiing center in Italy.
It should be noted that the XXV Winter Olympic Games will conclude on February 22nd.
