Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov has denied claims by the newspaper "Politico" regarding a proposal for the US to refrain from sharing intelligence data with Kyiv. Peskov stated that such information is untrue and completely false. This statement was made in response to reports circulating about the exchange of intelligence data between the two countries.
Redaksiya, citing its source, reports that Peskov addressed this issue during a briefing for journalists. He noted, "We also saw this information, of course. This belongs to the category of untrue, or rather, false information." This statement rejects the news, as claimed by the newspaper "Politico," that Moscow made a reciprocal proposal to Washington to cease sharing intelligence data with Kyiv.
Peskov also spoke about the catastrophic situation in the Middle East. He emphasized the importance of a political and diplomatic solution to reduce tensions in the region. "This is the only way that can effectively contribute to easing the current catastrophically tense situation in the region," Peskov added. These remarks once again highlight the seriousness of the current political and humanitarian situation in the Middle East.
