The “Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on cooperation towards the implementation of the “ASAN xidmət” experience in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan” has been approved.
The editorial office reports that President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree in this regard.
According to the Decree, the “Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on cooperation towards the implementation of the “ASAN xidmət” experience in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan,” signed in Islamabad on September 10, 2025, has been approved.
The document instructs the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to ensure the implementation of its provisions after the Agreement enters into force, and also instructs the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to send a notification to the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan regarding the completion of the necessary domestic procedures for the Agreement to enter into force.
