Interesting information has emerged about Fuad Elkhan oglu Mammadov, a 34-year-old employee of the State Customs Committee who was awarded the high special rank of Major General.
F. Mammadov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Committee in March 2025. At that time, he held the rank of Customs Service Major. Just 10 months later, F. Mammadov became a Major General.
It is reported that Fuad Mammadov, currently the youngest general in active service in Azerbaijan, has a father who is a teacher.
