During his speech at the ceremony dedicated to the sports results of 2024, the head of our state, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, noted that regular visits of prominent Azerbaijani athletes to the liberated lands would be a great event for children and youth. In response to this call, on January 21, an organization by the Shusha City State Reserve Department was arranged for wrestlers who have represented Azerbaijan with high achievements in international competitions to visit the city of Shusha.

At the event, our athletes discussed the competitions they participated in and their results with the students, answering their questions. At the end of the meeting, the school's principal, Sabina Gozalova, familiarized the athletes with this educational institution, which has ancient traditions.
