In Nepal, an unusual method was used to elect a new president amidst political tension on social networks. Young people on the "Discord" platform asked artificial intelligence to compile a list of potential candidates and select the most suitable one.
Redaksiya reports that the neural network put forward four candidates by holding a two-stage vote. Among them was the famous rapper Balen Shah. As a result, 71-year-old Sushila Karki, the country's former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, won in the second round.
According to information, Karki has already started leading the interim government and has taken her first steps towards quelling the unrest.
