Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov held his 22nd meeting with representatives of sports federations at the Azerbaijan Sports Academy.
During the meeting, the minister provided detailed information on the work done in the field of sports recently, the results achieved, and the tasks ahead.
Reports on the XXXII World Summer Universiade (FISU), XII World Games, XVIII European Youth Summer Olympic Festival, and European Youth Paralympic Games were heard at the event. Information was also provided on the preparations for the VI Islamic Solidarity Games, as well as the III CIS Games to be held in Azerbaijan this year.
During the meeting, presentations were also heard regarding the visits of sports community representatives to the liberated territories, financial matters, the awarding of honorary titles, the activities of the National Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Institute, and future work in the field of sports medicine. Additionally, reports on the "Tədbirvar" (tedbirvar.az) platform and the social media activities of federations were presented, and other agenda items were discussed.
