The general assembly of the Azerbaijan Swimming Federation (ASF) has been held.
ASF President Zaur Aliyev, who opened the event with the performance of our national anthem, spoke about the past year's results and the federation's priorities.
Then, Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov spoke, commending the federation's activities and wishing them success in their future endeavors.
ASF Secretary General Oktay Atayev presented a report on the agenda items, the federation's activities throughout 2025, and the work done. Subsequently, the federation's new charter was adopted by vote. Also by vote, Jalə Əhmədova was elected as the new vice-president of the ASF.
Currently, the federation has 4 vice-presidents - Xaliq İldırımzadə, Dəyanət Sədullayev, Ümid Abuzərli, and Jalə Əhmədova. In addition, Eldar Abbasov, Ruslan Ələkbərov, Şamil Əbdürrəhmanov, Azər Babayev, and Mark Koqanov are represented in the Executive Committee.
