Redaksiya reports that in November, the automotive sector had the highest export figure among industrial groups, reaching 3 billion 751 million 656 thousand dollars. This sector was followed by chemicals and chemical products with 2 billion 367 million 197 thousand dollars, and the electrical and electronics sector with 1 billion 479 million 757 thousand dollars.

At the same time, the agricultural group, which constitutes 14.5 percent of exports, saw a 1 percent decrease with exports of 3 billion 290 million 836 thousand dollars, while the mining group, accounting for 2.3 percent of exports, experienced a 9.8 percent increase with exports of 533 million 47 thousand dollars. The top three cities with the highest exports in November were Istanbul with 7 billion 336 million 497 thousand dollars, Kocaeli with 1 billion 882 million 165 thousand dollars, and Bursa with 1 billion 610 million 75 thousand dollars.

The top three countries with the highest exports last month were Germany with 1 billion 658 million 520 thousand dollars, the United Kingdom with 1 billion 215 million 753 thousand dollars, and Italy with 1 billion 87 million 449 thousand dollars. According to the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) data, total exports in November increased by 2.2 percent compared to the same period last year, reaching 22 billion 718.2 million dollars. Exports from the industrial group, which accounts for 69.6 percent of Turkey's exports, increased by 1.5 percent last month to 15 billion 821 million 420 thousand dollars. The sector that saw the highest percentage increase in exports in November was the fresh fruit and vegetable sector, with a 44.2 percent rise.
