An unusual incident has occurred on the YouTube platform. This incident has led to a copyright dispute between Italy's "La7" television channel and technology giant Nvidia.
The editorial office reports that the "La7" channel used footage from the Nvidia DLSS 5 trailer, presenting these frames as if they were "its own." Subsequently, the channel sent copyright warnings to every YouTube video that allegedly used these "its own frames," including Nvidia's own official channels.
As a result of these warnings, Nvidia's own DLSS 5 announcement video was removed from the YouTube platform at the request of the "La7" channel. This situation raises serious questions about how copyright claims are enforced.
