Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan spoke about the relationship with peoples living beyond the borders.
The editorial office reports that Fidan stated:
“When our brotherly nations beyond our borders have a problem, it is our historical responsibility and duty to help them.”
The Minister added: “We trust our Azerbaijani brothers. We have close relations with them.”
According to the Minister, this approach stems from Turkey's historical heritage and moral obligations.
