Alongside the large-scale construction work being carried out in the liberated territories, significant steps are also being taken towards establishing new green spaces and parks in these areas, including in the city of Fuzuli. One such project is the Central Park to be established in Fuzuli city.

He noted that according to the new Master Plan of Fuzuli city, a Central Park is planned to be built on an area of 22.47 hectares. "The park complex, to be built with the order and financial support of the Karabakh Revival Fund, will not only become a space allowing city residents to spend their leisure time effectively but will also create conditions for supporting ecological tourism, as well as for the creation and preservation of a healthy and natural ecological environment. Within the park area, it is planned to create recreational zones, multifunctional green areas, catering zones, zones for picnic and sports purposes, walking paths, bicycle lanes, an amphitheater, cafe-restaurants, and other facilities, as well as "Flag", "Poetry", and "Heart" corners, and the construction of sub-artesian wells and an electricity network. At the same time, it is planned to plant tree species such as Eldar pine, Oriental plane, leyland cypress, Italian cypress, maple, willow, and olive, as well as various decorative shrubs and flowers in the park, in accordance with the terrain and ecological environment of the area."

Babak Jahandarov added that the expert review of the project and estimate documents for the Central Park is nearing completion. Construction work is planned to begin in the first half of 2026.
