Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held a phone conversation with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. Fidan congratulated Azerbaijan on the historic achievements made at the meeting of the Azerbaijani and Armenian leaders in Washington.
