Eloquent AI, a company developing specialized artificial intelligence solutions for financial institutions, announced that it has completed its seed investment round totaling $8.4 million. The investment round was led by Foundation Capital, with Revo Capital also participating. It is noted that this investment was made within the framework of Revo Capital's $100 million Fund III, established in 2025. The company's investment round was initially announced as $7.4 million.

Redaksiya reports that US-based Eloquent AI has announced it will use the new investment to scale its "Yapay Zeka Operatör" (AI Operator) platform, designed for financial institutions, and to launch it into the global market, including Europe. The company states that it was founded in 2025 by Tuğçe Bulut and machine learning professor Dr. Aldo Lipani. The company's main product is designed for highly regulated entities such as banks, fintechs, and insurance companies.

The product offered by the company consists of the "Yapay Zeka Operatörü" and enables the automation of complex operational workflows. These workflows include processes such as onboarding verification, dispute and chargeback operations, scanning for sanctions (i.e., restrictions), and compliance operations. The platform utilizes a multimodal large language model trained on regulated financial workflows. As a result, it becomes possible to conduct operations securely and verifiably between the institution's internal systems.

Integrated control, observability, and compliance security measures within the platform's architecture ensure security and governance when automating high-risk processes. Cenk Bayrakdar, Founding Partner at Revo Capital, highlighted that Eloquent AI will shape the future of fintech infrastructure and expressed their pleasure in supporting the founders on a global scale.
