The Democratic Republic of Congo and the Iraq national team secured the last two spots.
They defeated Jamaica and Bolivia, respectively, in the final match of the play-off stage.
Thus, all 48 participants of the World Cup have been confirmed.

It should be noted that the WC-2026 will take place from June 11 to July 19 in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
