This accessory, like its previous model, features a 10,000mAh internal battery. However, thanks to the new design, there is no need to remove it to charge the battery. Additionally, a short cable is not required to connect to the console.
A USB-C port is located on the exterior of the Charging Case Pro, allowing for more convenient charging of the internal battery. Furthermore, a small screen is present to indicate the remaining battery life. The interior of the previous model was designed to support the Switch 2.
