As a result of several days of incessant rain in Baku and its settlements, flooding was observed in some areas, and while accumulated water has already been cleared in many places, this work continues in some areas.
Residents have submitted appeals to district executive authorities regarding the current situation. Based on these appeals, evacuation work has been carried out in the Sabunçu, Xəzər, and Binəqədi districts.
Currently, water pumping operations are continuing in the settlements of these districts using special equipment.
Furthermore, residents of some residential areas in a dangerous situation have been temporarily accommodated in hotels.
