For your information, fish and fish products differ from other types of meat due to their high nutritional value. Fish meat contains proteins, easily digestible fats, B-group vitamins, a small amount of vitamin C, and many beneficial minerals (phosphorus, calcium, potassium, iron, iodine, zinc, etc.). Fish oil is extremely rich in vitamins A and D, Omega-3, and Omega-6. It is especially a natural source for providing the body with vitamin A.
