An event on behavior rules in emergency situations was held at AzerGold CJSC

An educational event on “Rules of Conduct and Rescue Operations during Emergency Incidents” was organized at AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) with the participation of employees from the Baku Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES).

The main purpose of the event was to increase employees' preparedness for emergencies, prevent accidents, and inform the collective about safety rules.

During the training, MES specialists delivered extensive presentations on important topics such as safe behavior rules during an earthquake, methods of protection against carbon monoxide, and fire protection.

Various types of personal protective equipment used by rescuers were demonstrated to the employees at the event, and practical information was provided on how to use them in extreme conditions. At the same time, participants were explained initial rescue skills and ways to assist victims.

During the interactive event, questions from employees were answered by MES staff.

In the practical part of the event, after an alarm was raised during a simulated fire, MES firefighters arrived at the scene within the time stipulated in the instructions. People in the building where the simulated fire occurred were evacuated to a safe place according to the evacuation plan, and employees remaining in the building were rescued in accordance with the training plan.
